Delivery

Your orders will be shipped within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation.
Our company is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping company.

Deliveries are made to addresses within Turkey.

Return Policy

According to the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502, consumers have the right to return the product within 14 days of receiving it without giving any reason.

Products to be returned:

• Unused,

• In its original packaging,

• It must be in a resalable condition.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

For hygiene reasons Returns are not accepted for used home textile products.

Once the return is approved, the fee will be refunded within 14 days via the method used for payment.
