  1. PRODUCTS SUBJECT TO THE AGREEMENT

The type, model, quantity, color, and selling price of the products are specified on the website during the ordering process.
The prices listed on the site are retail prices and are valid until updated.

  1. PAYMENT AND DELIVERY

Payment is made through secure payment methods on the website.
Products will be delivered within the timeframe specified at the time of ordering, provided that this does not exceed the legal period of 30 days.

  1. INVOICE

The invoice is prepared according to the information provided during the order process and is sent with the product or transmitted electronically.

  1. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The BUYER may exercise their right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of the date of delivery of the product without giving any reason.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, simply notify the SELLER via email within this period.

  1. PRODUCTS FOR WHICH THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL CANNOT BE EXERCISED

The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for products that are intended for personal use and cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.

  1. DEFAULT

The BUYER acknowledges that the terms of the contract between them and the bank shall remain valid in the event of default on payments made by credit card.

  1. COMPETENT COURT

In the event of any disputes arising from this agreement, the Consumer Arbitration Boards or Consumer Courts in the BUYER's place of residence shall have jurisdiction.

  1. FORCE

By placing an order through the website, the BUYER declares that they have read and accepted all the terms of this agreement.
